  • To summarize: Work told my spouse no deposit was required. At check in a deposit was required. There was some conflict around this point. We requested a king bed. We got two queen beds. One of which was a literal sinkhole. We had no couch. The batteries for the safe were dead and we had to go to a colleagues room to lock up a work laptop. They attempted to charge us double for holding our bags. It's far from the strip. As another reviewer said, not all of the floors have been redone. There are beautiful rooms at the Palms. And then there are also those straight-out-of-the-90's-holiday-inn decor ones. This time, we were not a winner! I've had worse business trips but, this one had some serious sad going on.
