  • Exceptionally professional, efficient and wonderful!!!! Being new to the state , I did some research and also got about 4 other estimates. After more research on reviews - I decided to stick with rics. I am so happy I did!!! They were very honest from upfront - they could not take my vehicle in for two weeks and instead of taking it in at that time to let it sit like most places would be eager to do, they were very straight forward and honest and scheduled me for in two weeks. I took my car in when it was time to and it was in for about a week, a little quicker than originally expected. Jerry was so great from day one he called me to keep me updated more than a few times which was very kind. Racquel at front desk was also very helpful and very sweet the entire time. I am so happy and relieved that I decided to stick with rics , they were the lowest costing estimate but that didn't matter to me as much as their reputation. I can confirm their reputation holds up to their work, my car looks new and beautiful again and I am very grateful for everyone at rics who provided exceptionally wonderful services. Thank you all :-) highly recommend rics to anyone who needs repairs or work done.
