  • I took a break from Ashley the past 10 years or so, and I'm so beyond happy I went back. My husband and I were having trouble agreeing on new bedroom furniture after we went to a king size. Myself wanting something to match our home (rustic) and him wanting quality. What I wanted that matched was pressed wood and definitely not long lasting.. what he wanted was solid wood but NOT my style. We finally found our bed at Walker but it was so ridiculously over priced we passed and waited. (Months) I was looking online for sales for Presidents Day and sure enough the exact bed set we wanted was on Ashley website for half the price! My rustic, and solid wood. I went into the store and it was displayed and beautiful. I asked if they would match their online price. The manager, Jeremy, from that point on was beyond helpful. He explained the enormous price difference is because Ashley is the actual manufacturer. Not only did he price match but talked us into getting the protection plan that I originally passed on because I didn't think it covered cracks. It covers EVERYTHING. At that point I decided to purchase another large piece of the bedroom set because he price matched and covered both items. Being in the hospitality industry I value and appreciate good customer service, being personable and knowledgeable.. and Jeremy was outstanding!! This was only last weekend and it was delivered and set up this weekend. Those guys were also incredible. Protected my door ways, set up, and cleaned up so quickly. Everything about this experience was perfect. I'v purchased a lot of furniture this past year and wish I went to Ashley sooner, but I'll definitely be going back to this store from now on.
