| - I have been going to this doctors office for about a year. Dr Terry Huff was my doctor. Simply because all of my info is recorded there. Every time I have gone, the wait has been at least and hour and a half to get in and out. The staff in the waiting room talks loudly, about inappropriate subjects such as calling each other "retarded" not thinking about the patients. My best friend witnessed this while waiting for me to get out of my appointment. She also said they were talking shit about the patients as they left. Whenever I get into the room, nobody tells me what to do, or record any updates or asks me any questions about medication or how I've been feeling. They also have Dixie cups to pee into to when taking a urine sample. They literally have no cover and I think it is completely unsanitary. Anyways, my first couple appointments was to treat BV and he didn't listen to any of my symptoms. He acted like he didn't care. He just prescribed me. Every time I go he seems rushed to get it over with. When I am waiting for him to see me, I can hear everything going on in the rooms next door to me. He and his staff lollygag and have normal conversations while I have been waiting for an hour in the room. After I got treated for BV, I then went back recently to get an IUD. While he was attempting to put it in the first time, he answered his personal phone while my legs were in the stirrups! I couldn't believe it! he then tried to force it through my cervix, while I was clearly in a lot of pain. He could not get it in. I then came back the second time, on my cycle to get it and had no problems. He never told me to not swim, or not have sex for so many days. He just put it in and left the room. After getting it put in, I then started to experience very negative and scary side effects. I had EXTREME cramps the first week. They then subsided for a couple of days. After that they got very constant, and I developed a UTI which turned into a kidney infection. I was experiencing mood swings, and leg pains constantly. But the cramps were so bad I couldn't stand up, walk, sleep, or eat. I began to feel very depressed and that something was wrong. I decided to get my IUD out today. I went in and that's when my friend realized that the staff was very unprofessional. I went back to have him remove it because he put it in. When he came in the room after waiting for too long, he asked what happened, and I told him. He acted like I was stupid. Then he took it out very quickly. After he did, he told me that the insurance company may charge me for the IUD, even though my insurance covers all of it. I said okay, and he said "I'm just telling you, so don't dump it on me if that happens." I left and I will never go back again. It has been the worst doctor I have ever seen, and the worst office, and the worst staff. I think it should be shut down. Not recommended for anybody!
