rev:text	DAN is the MAN! I went to Big O's because my BMW was flashing on my console that my tire was running low. From The moment we got there Dan, the service manager greeted us w a great welcome and smile and immediately looked at my car. Result was leak on firewall that could not be repaired. He took the liberty of call 3 stores to locate run non flat tire and quoted me a price. He then asked me if I had tore warranty on my tires because they seemed farther new. I went home researched and found that dealership was willing to help since the tires were so new. I can Dan back and let him know I would be going with the dealership. Instead of him being upset he lost the sale, he was happy to hear they were willing to help me out and his friendly tone of voice made me feel as if he truly cared about the customer and not just the sale of a single tire. My husband and I have always used Big O tires on Deer Valley, and will continue to do so because of the top notch service they provide. Thank you Dan for genuinely caring about your customers! We will be back!! Delia
