  • I live in a townhouse where my roof is connected to other units, but we are responsible for minor repairs to the roof over our individual units. I just had a couple of tiles missing and some that had to be nailed down, and also some pine needles that needed to be cleaned off. I phoned 5 companies, 2 didn't show up, 1 considered himself way too important for such a tiny job and gave a $650 quote, 1 would only quote me over the phone and strongly suggested applying a sealant everywhere which would cost $350, and then there was Kevin from Choice Roofing. He showed up when he said he would, he assessed the situation and just did what I needed without trying to make it more than it was: a simple repair job. This did not stop me from discussing the present state of the roof with him, where he displayed obvious competence and knowledge. Choice Roofing will be at the top of the list when our HOA schedules our upcoming roofing job. Reasonable, reliable, knowledgeable, experienced, local and no nonsense. Glad he was on my list of places to call!
