My S5 stopped charging and needed a replacement charge port. When I brought my phone into the store, they checked it over and said it'll be $99 + tax to fix. They generally have the replacement part for major carriers like Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. However I have Boost Mobile, so the part would take 3 to 5 businesses days to ship. Since they had to order it, I had to make a down payment of $50. Their website allows you to track your repair to see the progress if you enter the repair id. A week later, they said they got the part and would fix it. The next day, I picked it up. It was good as new and charged perfectly. I used a Yelp coupon which saved me $15. If there are any issues within 90 days relating to the repair, they will fix it for free. They are definitely a great option for when you need a repair and don't want to buy a new phone!
