I'm speechless from the amazing customer service experience I just had. I have eaten here a few times before and had a great time. This time I decided to order from Postmates for delivery. Unfortunately my order came without any of my sushi (which of course was the main reason I ordered!) so I first contacted postmates. After that, I decided to give the restaurant a call to politely ask if it was the drivers mistake or see If in fact the food never left the restaurant. I cannot believe what happened next. Mark (I believe the manager) told me the food was still there and then delivered it himself to my door!! At an incredible speed might I add. I told him it was not necessary but he did it anyway. What a wonderful experience. They definitely understand the importance of the guest as well as "word of mouth" in this business. So glad to see. Thank you!!
