Pros:
- Friendly and professional service. The receptionist, Jane, is extremely clear about the payment layout and what everything on the printout says. Kudos for being so patient in explaining it.
- Receptionists are good about calling a few days ahead to reminds you about your appointment.
- Space is clean and machinery appears to be fairly modern.
Cons:
- Service can be really slow, I took my mom in for a checkup+cleaning on a Saturday morning and was there for over 2 1/2 hours. The parking lot was nearly empty at the time, along with the waiting room. Not sure why it took so long.
- They can come off as a bit pushy on recommending treatments. No one forces you to get anything done, of course, but they always seem to "highly recommend" a lot of treatments. Other dentists that I've seen for a second opinion have said that a few of their suggestions weren't really necessary, but every case is different.
