  • Service makes all the difference in the world! I had an open and honest conversation with Michael, the Area Sales Manager about what I had looked at, the prices I had seen etc. I stated my criteria and I was led to 2 beds which met my criteria and they were both perfect. He provided me with a complete 'beducation' to make an informed decision and based on the conversation we had, also performed a price match for me on a similar item I had seen elsewhere. I didn't feel rushed, gimmicked, or have a sleazy sales experience (Like I have previously had in the Brick; when shopping for a friend) or hustled like I did in the Bay. Not only does Sleep Country have quality products (because this is all they do), but the combination with superb service has left me feeling very satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend Sleep Country BRENTWOOD location and Michael to anyone and YES I would definitely shop there again.
