| - Service: Took a bit for the waitress to make her initial visit for a drink order, but then after that, it was great. Water was never empty and beer for me and drinks for Mrs were definitely attended to.
Food: Seriously so so. Wife had pig dip, which I had a bite of and it was good, but not worth a 30 minute drive. I had the chile verde with sunny eggs. This was the definition of "meh". I can't say it was bad, because to say it was bad would mean it had flavor that didn't appeal to me. To me, it just didn't have any flavor at all. Sunny eggs and a roasted jalapeno should make a catcher's mitt taste good, but to me nothing worked. Other people might think differently, that's just my opinion.
Happy Hour: Really good. Mrs. had a $5 cocktail and I had (2) $3 draft beers, one from Four Peaks, the other from Sleepy Dog. We got the fingerling potatoes for an appetizer, those were great.
All in all, if you're here for happy hour, it's a great place. I, however am rating on a dinner experience, and the entrees just didn't deliver near enough.
It can pass for decent if you live close, but if not, I wouldn't make the drive.
