I'd never had Korean hot pot, before. Loved the general atmosphere. Met some very nice people at the open counter seating. The food was good---hot pot is not that complicated. But, I loved how the foods you choose were packaged and displayed. The whole place was really clean. I didn't think the service was that great, but it was apparent to me that the place is best suited to the hot pot crowd, and not for the order-off-the-menu crowd. The help is always running several directions, and no one seems to have just one job--such as serving. It was a good first experience, and I enjoyed the selection of foods. I'm now taking friends and family there, but for lunch, as I hear the place is over-run at night. The one thing I think they were missing was Kim Chi, but I don't know if that's supposed to be on the side with hot pot... it just appealed to me, and it seemed to me that it was something that should have been on-hand.
