  • Patrick is the best. Here is someone who is clearly passionate about his job and loves his field. I came to Vegas a few weeks ago to begin my housing search, and happened to come across Patrick's entry when I was Yelping realtors while having lunch in Chinatown, and he showed up as #1. Patrick is really busy and has several clients, both for housing purchases/sales and he also does consulting. Yet, even as a client just looking for a simple rental, I always felt that Patrick treated me with no less importance. Over the next several weeks, Patrick corresponded with me frequently and helped me visit several properties and ultimately submit an application for a house rental. He even drove over my application and paid my fee for me while I was out-of-state. He welcomes calls/texts at any time, day or night. During my first visit, he came to pick me up at my hotel, and while we were driving around with his younger half-brother (who is looking into potentially pursuing real estate too), we talked about all sorts of things: food, life in Vegas, and real estate. Patrick taught me a lot and loves to educate people about his field. All in all, Patrick will give you the time and attention you deserve. He is reliable and will be your greatest advocate, while being honest and upfront. Even though I have not worked with many other realtors in the past, I feel like Pat is truly extraordinary. I owe him a lot for helping me make my housing search in Vegas so smooth! =)
