The Customer service rep that "assisted" us was so belittling and acted as if we weren't there for a service. His body language expressed annoyance and was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. He was giving one word answers when asked a question. Then we ask what other options they offer and he says "I don't know, I'd have to check". Why would you have to check if this is your job and you should know these things prior to customers coming in? You will not get far in customer service trying to insult someone's intelligence. Then we told him we'd just go look online since there was listings of internet options and he responded with an attitude and raised his voice saying to look online then, while slamming his hand on the desk, the follows us outside raising his voice. The customer service representatives name is Robert. This has to be the most inefficient experience ever
