  • New management. Wow!the old management was great. They taught their team not to upsell to the point you would never want to return. Upon arrival I was asked to upgrade for 50% wax etc. I explained it's a corprate car and I had a $25 budget.i was then asked about chipped windshield again and again had to say no. Offered the wax discount at 50% again by the same guy. After i said no for the third time he told me I had bugs on my front end and it would be additional $5. Are you kidding me! Not at all. Then he charged me an additional $3 for an SUV. X1 really! It's smaller than pat cars. This is all a hustle to charge as much as possible and keep on until you buy something. Never in my life will I return here. All about the dollar before the client. Retrain your team or soon enough you me bushes will fail.
