  • Home warranty dispatched this company for a hot water heater. They left me a message to schedule and when I called back stated they have no idea what I was talking about. Put me on hold for 5 minutes and told me they cannot find anything. Then they just hung up on me & when I tried to call back they picked up the phone and hung up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I contacted the home warranty to handle and dispatch a new company.
