When the assigned Service technician was reviewing the various things that needed to be fixed with my vehicle, the following were issues:
1. He reported an issue and he wasn't sure the car was under warranty for said problem (he should have known the details before telling me the issue to give me confidence in his message)
2. He stated I needed new tires because there was a nail in one of the tires that could not be fixed/patched. When I took the car to a tire professional, all four tires were inspected and no nail was found; other than normal wear, the tires are ok (the Chevy technician lied about the nail and the need to replace the tires)
3. We had our battery tested prior to bringing it in for servicing and we knew it was a weak battery and it needed to be replaced; however the 'test' done at Chevy stated the battery was good (the battery died and the car had to be jumped 48 hours later).
I will NEVER bring any car back to this dealership nor will I ever buy from this dealership as the technicians are dishonest and lack knowledge about customer's vehicles; therefore, I have no confidence in Chevrolet's products or staff.
