Went into Sephora to get my make up done for my birthday on January 15th, 2017.
Just overall it was a pretty horrible experience.
I asked the girl doing my make up for full coverage, I got the complete opposite. My eyes looked like someone closed their eyes while trying to draw a straight line with eye liner. Awful.
However, the lady doing my make up, she was super nice!!
I had to walk over to Dillard's to have the beauty bar in there fix it.
Next problem,
I believe her name is Wendy, all I know is she's the scheduling coordinator for this Sephora location. Her attitude is the absolutely WORSE!! God forbid you ask her a question or for some help. I know for a fact I wasn't the only one to complain about her.
Please just over all fix the horrible customer service you have going on at this location.
