Very poor. I had purchased a Groupon to repair my cracked iPhone 4 screen here at A & A, however after the horrible experience I had with them, I will be getting a refund from Groupon due to a "bad experience with the merchant." The person I spoke with was extremely unhelpful in getting my issue resolved, audibly sighing and groaning in exasperation over the phone. Despite this, I continued to try to politely resolve this issue until he blurted out, "Why are you arguing with me?!" Businesses with even the slightest respect for their customers would not say this to them, much less yell it over the phone. But beyond this, this same individual actually lied to me about how redemption of a Groupon works. I know this because I spoke to a Groupon customer service representative who was quick to tell me "Umm... no. That's not how it works. He told you that?" He lied to me, essentially telling me it was out of his hands when in actuality, it was entirely up to him and A & A to help out a customer. Why they would lie to a customer rather than work with the customer to make both parties happy? I honestly don't know. I do know that I will never bring my business here again, and I'm writing this to forewarn anyone that reads this from having a bad experience like I did. I strongly recommend taking your business somewhere that actually treats their customers well.
