My sons appointment was today to have a tooth filling done. I got exactly 4 text reminders about it also stating to be a hour early. So in the text it says appt is at 9:50 I thought that was time he needed to be there a hour early we showed up at 9:20. The receptionist tells me he's late . I was a little confused about it . I also requested that they not just send out text reminder but a phone call reminder as well they told me they would that was in may when I scheduled the appointment. The front receptionist doesn't really have a costumer service face seems like she hates her job .. when Lisa the manger came out to speak to me about the appointment she had a few staff members with her also there was a lobby full of people she wasn't very pleasant to me at all. I actually felt attacked about it and she was loud and rude to me in front of a bunch of people. I tried to explain to her what I thought and was confused on . Didn't seem like she cared much . She just stated very loudly that she wasn't going to bump other patients for my kid . I completely understand that. The least you could have done was approach me with kindness and or took me into a room to explain the situation!!!! Not only did that upset me and made me lash back at her but it upset my children. Future advise maybe approach people a little better speak professional and know your place as a manager . I was just a client that was upset. I did announce I would yelp this situation and she loudly spoke out to all the clients to have them go yelp back at me!! Real professional manner y'all have for management.
