Clearly opening a new Yelp account isn't going to help this community. I came in today very interested in leasing an apartment immediately. The assistant manager, Nicole, was very pleasant and helpful. However, she was not extremely knowledgable when it came to some simple questions like: Is there recycling on property and, Are you offering any specials currently? This wasn't a deal breaker for me, but after patiently waiting for the Manager to finish speaking with a resident to answer this simple question- she absolutely insisted on taking a phone call from her VP first---who had been on hold for maybe 30 seconds at this point. The manner in which she spoke to me reassured me that I was not important to her. As she turned to run off and take the call I asked, "wait, it's just a quick question" and she responded by raising her hand to me and saying, "not when my VP is on the line waiting". So, to the manager that I did not get the name of- I hope your VP reads this. You are in a city full of world renown customer service experts, you should act like it.
