  • HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I should have left from the moment I walked in and was not greeted- that basically set the tone for the rest of the experience. The workers are SO RUDE. I walked up to one of the stations asking the lady where the gel polishes are, she DID NOT EVEN look at me and merely pointed to some direction behind her. I look behind her and there is a wall full of polish. I walk back there & one of the workers up front YELLED across the room saying "WHAT YOU WANT", as everyone is staring at me and the room has gone quiet, I was utterly embarrassed. Even one of the customers chimed in saying "she thought you pointed to the back wall for the gel polish". Getting to the worst part- my NAILS. The lady was rough & burned me several times with the nail buffer. She was the rudest lady in the place- I believe it was the OWNER too! Anyway, I have had them for a total of 3 DAYS and already they are lifting. I asked for coffin shaped nails: they are bulky, my thumb nail is completely shaped crooked, there is extra acrylic on my actual finger that makes my nails look extremely wide and unnatural. I went one time before & had a negative experience but not too bad, so I figured I would give them another shot- worst choice ever. I'm out 30$ & I'm search of a better nail salon to fix this horrid mess.
