rev:text	If i could i would rate Verizon a 1 star overall, not just this one store. With that said, this store gets a 1 star for all the times i've had to go in the store and wait well over an hour. If you aren't in the store to activate a phone, upgrade your phone or buy TONS of accessories than you are pretty much worthless to anyone there and they don't want to help you. Verizon should seriously just close all the retail locations and do everything by phone/mail.
