  • A Current resident. With all the new communities that are now renting. I chose Gallery. I so wished with the high rents and promises, that this would be a great home. But I have had nothing but problems. My biggest upset is that living below a very noisy resident who after countless pleading to be a little more respectful of the fact I am below her and Countless complaints to management, absolutely no changes. I agreed to move into a unit on the second floor. 1 important thing Is that most second floor unites are above parking structures so the opening and closing of garages is constant and they vibrate underneath your unit. In the middle of the night this is nerve racking. Your also charged for parking and that's a whole other issue. Just hope no one parks in your spot if your not in a garage. *So I do not recommended a second floor. I wish I could say I was happy with the responses I have gotten from management. All that glitters is not gold. Very disappointing to pay higher rents and not get the quality of living your paying for. Gallery is New so yes the pool, gym and apartments are New. However at these rates quality, and treatment is very important. While you never know who your neighbors will be it is vital that the response you get from management is one of prompt, professional, and with sincere concern. I don't usually do these reviews but I realize just how important it is to speak up about your experiences good and bad, so that hopefully these companies step up and for fill promises, expectations, and good business practices. One more thing... this is not about being nice or cool, it's about getting what your paying for, respect, honesty, and quality of living. Period. Giving away free move in and 1000.00 cards.... or what ever assistance to rent up your properties may be beneficial for the company and may also help out with moving expenses but just make sure you see and know, exactly what and why your getting it. Hope my experience helps someone.
