Very nice. I was traveling to the area for the US Field Hockey Festival and since I'm working on my 200RYT I needed to get a class in on the road.
I went to the 8am class with Laura- she was great. I already decided prior to arrival that I was going to focus on finding space in poses, in moments of stress, etc and Laura READ MY MIND!
She also did a great job handling me- I'm five months pregnant and although I explained that this is my second kid, I did vigorous yoga until my first was born and I was in my 200RYT training, she still offered helpful variations...because, really, how does she know I'm not lying through my teeth?
The space is awesome- ample bathrooms and studio space and a great book store selection in the front. They offer 20% in the store for first purchase to newbies.
Minus one star because of this: Drop in rate for an out of town-er is $17. If I lived nearby I could've taken advantage of a sweet deal-and I've noticed this is common for the Valley area and it's the only thing that sucked. I'm on the road and my choices are limited- so I'm forced (if I want to take a class and not practice ALONE) to pay extra. Hmmf.
