I love Jabz!
The Jabz Workout consists of a circuit of ~16 stations that combine boxing moves, weight training and cardio. Each day emphasizes different muscle groups to ensure that you are constantly challenged. What I love about this studio is that the classes are smaller so there is only one person per station. This allows more one-on-one attention from the trainers to ensure that you are being challenged and that your body mechanics are correct. The trainers are also all awesome. I primarily had classes with Jeremy and he knows when to push you harder and when modifications are needed to avoid injury. All the trainers here are great!
Jabz is a workout that all females should try! They have several new member specials like Groupon, A Free Week or Unlimited Classes for $34 a month. If you're interested in a new workout to try, I highly recommend Jabz!
