  • I've been to this location many times and had average service, however.... tonight when I placed an online order to the WRONG restaurant and showed up here to pick up, they TOTALLY took care of me. I had already made the payment via the app and I thought I was completely stuck having to drive 25 minutes across town to pick it up. Instead, the manager took my order and I did not have to drive across town OR pay twice for my own mistake. Now that's some serious customer service you don't find every day. Thanks Tropical Smoothie of Southern Highlands!!
