I have used this locations for about five years, always Wonderful customer service, HOWEVER when i used this locations to picking up a car ON 3/29/18 @8am the lady ( simon? Samon ? ) at the front desk was so mean. No customer service skills, no smile, no nothing. Just did paper work. It was was like not even DMV , it was like going to immigration office. Her negative attitude towards to the customer will change customers experience with enterprise.
When i return the car, i mentioned to Management Assistant Chris how bad was the customer service when i got the car. Chris took very seriously my concern and he apologized. My point is that Chris s Very well customer service ! He knows how to handle not satisfaction customer even it was not his mistake or fault . Thank you very much Chris ! Me and my husband will continue to come back to rent a car
