| - Good gym. Decent hours. Most of the trainers know what they are doing there, but I really suggest avoiding the personal training circuits in the morning.
I watched for maybe 2 minutes and saw numerous things the female trainer was instructing them to do. All of their back were rounded with their heads facing down during rows(can cause severe, prolonged lower back pain) and single arm rows performed with horrible form which hopefully won't leave the group of 8+ individuals with bicep tendonitis. The nickname is lawn mowers for a reason. Looked more like an awkward bent over bicep curl/shrug.
YouFit, if you are going to hire trainers, maybe actually make sure they aren't seriously harming their clients, let alone an ENTIRE circuit group. I'm hoping it was a free training session, but even then, you guys are looking for some HUGE law suits for injured clients.
If anyone has had any injuries or muscle sprains or pains after a workout with a YouFit trainer that has lasted more than 1-2 weeks after the training session, please see a doctor and consider filing a lawsuit. I can bet at least HALF of that circuit group will wake up with lower back pain tomorrow.
Good luck to everyone out there and train smart! Just because a trainer says that's the way it's done, does not mean it's correct.
If you want some professional, correct and informative training, please private message me. I can do individual sessions that will leave you with knowledge that will last a life time. I can meet at any youfit in the north valley, at ANY time. I just want people to learn the CORRECT way to train.
Have a great day, and train safe!
