I was not unhappy with the massage itself, but unhappy because I didn't get what I paid for. I bought a groupon that was for a 60 minute foot reflexology session and that was what I was expecting to get. I have a membership at another massage place where I can get full body massages. I bought this groupon because I wanted 60 minutes focused on just my feet. If the groupon was really for a full body massage, it should have said that. I had a horrible time scheduling the appointment because of the limited English and then when I got there, they kept asking what I wanted and how much time I wanted. I kept explaining that I was there to use my groupon for the 60 minute foot reflexology and had even given them the groupon at arrival, but I still ended up with a full body massage. The quality of the massage was good, but it wasn't what I thought I was paying for so I left extremely frustrated. The communal room didn't bother me as it does other reviewers. I didn't know about the minimum tip that other reviewers mention(if it's required, then it isn't a tip) but I happened to leave $10 so they didn't say anything to me. I though this was pretty generous since I was so disappointed. I barely got any time on my feet. It sounds like the massage therapists can be really hit or miss so I guess I'm lucky that I got someone pretty good although he did hurt my lower back at the end by arching me backwards way too hard.
