  • I had a windshield replaced today, and the tech was rude and dismissive. I ended up with another cracked windshield and more damaged plastic. When I brought up the original damage his words to me were "it's only plastic". I came out of work after leaving him putting the rivets in he forgot to originally put back in to a cracked windshield and even more damage. I now have a large amount of road noise I didn't have before and a broken windshield, that apparently someone from warranty will look at on Monday between 8 and 5 PM. Wow the service... If I could give a negative review I would!!
