First of all, let me again say thanks for doing business with Ganser Company recently. We appreciate the trust you have demonstrated in our company to help complete your recent project.
My reply...You do realize that none of the work has been done yet, right? You've been delaying our job for months and we are beyond dissatisfied with the Ganser company.

Hi Lauren,
I wanted to reach out to you and apologize myself about this whole situation, as you know September was all rain which slowed our production team down on jobs that we were currently working on plus the hail didn't help in the slightest. We are getting to your job as fast as possible, Melissa will call you tomorrow to give you an estimated start date. If there is anything I can do for you let me know.
