We booked our accommodation through Expedia, and were not advised that we would be very close to the center stage set up below our room facing Fremont street. No mention of the noise fest was made at check in, nor on the Expedia website or even on the confirmation we received from Expedia. The noise was unbearable, and Michael at the front desk was inadequately trained to handle something as simple as a room change request. We were wrongly informed by him that the music would end at 10:00pm, when it actually continued on until 1:00am. He further lied by stating that a room change was out of the question as it had been reserved through a third party vendor. But Expedia stated during a phone call that no such restrictions existed with the reservation. We finally disputed the charge with the credit card company and were comped the room. I don't like being lied to by hotel personnel and because of their blatant disrespect of guest needs, we won't return to The Four Queens.
