  • Sometimes this place can get a bit too busy for the staff to be fast, but boy is the wait worth it if you're looking for really, really good Huevos Rancheros or corned beef hash! We've been here so many times and I have yet to find a contender for their Huevos Rancheros. My better half swears by their corned beef hash too, so on our collective reviews I recommend both dishes. The staff here is also always pleasant and when given notice can accommodate large groups or special requests perfectly. I haven't personally ate here for anything other than breakfast so I can't give an honest review of their entire menu, but the next time you're in Las Vegas and are in need of a great breakfast give Raffles a shot!
