  • Eric was very accommodating and friendly to me. I don't understand how people would say he's rude. I'm new to the area and approached him at Dunkin Donuts. He willingly answered my questions and was very friendly. He installed two WiFi thermostats for me that day. His price was great. He was extremely neat and thorough with his work which is of utmost importance to me as I'm heavily touched with OCD. He checked both thermostats and ran the units to make sure they worked, it was very apparent he knew his job well. I will be using him in the future. I couldn't be happier and would recommend. Thank you Eric.
