  • I hate the my star rating on this Zipps keep falling, but it does. Each time we have stopped in the last few months things have taken a serious down turn. Myself and my husband and his friend stopped in for a last min dinner a few weeks ago. Starving! we ordered some wings right away. It was still happy hour thankfully so we splurged and got two orders to share. They took forever it seemed like, and yes I know that fried wings take longer to make, but this was like 35 min, too long. The waitress didn't seem to eager to return to the table very often, our drinks went very empty for awhile. If you know anything about their soda and water glasses you know it is hard to consume them entirely, they are huge, but we did. She finally came back to take our order and it didn't seem to translate to the computer very well. All of our orders came out wrong. No sauce or veggies on my sandwich, fries that were clearly refried because they were let to get cold in the window, they had soaked up so much oil I couldn't choke them down. It isn't like we made a ton of changes, just added lettuce to a sandwich, and got a few extra sides of dressing. After waiting nearly 15 min to find a server to come help us, we expressed our issues and requested that the food be taken back to fix, she rushed away so fast that I didn't have a chance to ask for a roll up to eat my salad or request some more water. I am 8 months pregnant and dehydrate and frustrate easily. I tried to keep my cool, but honestly they were very slow and this was just ridiculous. Once our corrected food came back to the table it still wasn't right, but I was too hungry to care by that point and just ate. She still took forever to come check on us and bring the check. I am more writing this review in hopes that management sees and works to correct the slack services and the unfortunate kitchen mistakes. Side note, I know its a corporate thing, but charging $1 for a side of ranch is ridiculous. Makes customers feel nickel and dimed and annoyed. Maybe reconsider. I will be back, but probably one more shot before I take it off the list entirely.
