55 minutes of pure torture, but I love it! It's a great complimentary workout to your cardio. It targets toning you arms, abs, thighs, and butt and does so using isometric movements. The class is pretty fast paced with music to keep you inspired. The instructors are all great and equally as inspiring. If they notice you doing a movement wrong, they are quick to help you adjust. I love that classes are offered at varying times so even working moms like me can enjoy before or after work. I wish they offered the first class free for first time clients to try it out.
