| - I have a love hate relationship with this gym for a couple reasons.
Love that:
- They have a wide range of different machines, facilities, and weights to use
- They have so many classes! And a lot of them are actually really fun + helpful
- They have a sauna for after your workout, which is really nice
Hate that:
- This gym is BUSY. And I mean BUSY. If you go during peak hours (so really from 6:30-9:30 and again from 4:30-7:00), I can guarantee your workout plans will be disrupted due to the overwhelming amount of people that use every machine possible. Last week, out of the 20+ treadmills they have there, I couldn't find one. ONE. I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to get off. If you have a set plan when you go to get out (like me), then STEER AWAY from this gym during peak hours.
- Although the facility is new and pretty nice, I've found that sometimes the towels they hand out smell kinda funky and their showers smell.... strange sometimes. It's something I can look over, but I think it's important to let people know, in case that's something that's important to you.
- It's not cheap. The main reason I personally go to this gym is because I get a discount through work, and also because it's reeeeally close to my work, and there's not a gym anywhere around where I live. That being said, with all the facilities there (classes, a pool, all the machines and equipment, etc.) I can see how it would be worth it to pay the full price.
Definitely get a tour of this place first and explore other options, but if you don't mind a pretty packed gym, this is definitely a good one to consider.
