Very disappointed with this store. Bought a new iPad and waited 3 days for delivery then when I picked it up I ordered a case for it ( seems they don't stock much ) I was told " only a couple days for the case" so after several days and phone calls later I had to go back to store and tried to get a refund for the case as no one could find any tracking. While the manager Shannon hid in the back room the male employee working diligently to solve the problem. Finally got my case after 7 additional days shipping, also when ordering the iPad my Verizon bill got hit with activation for a different iPad and then removed. Seems like shady way to run a business.
