  • ZERO stars. They are supposed to open at noon on Sundays. We arrived at 12:15, doors still locked. Since we just replaced our wall to wall carpeting with hard wood, they lost a significant sale. Drove 30+ miles for nothing, won't be back. Update: I complained on WoR website and was contacted by the owner. She said that an employee was detained by traffic and if we would come back, she would "offer special savings". I appreciate the gesture but in all honestly, I hesitate to do business with them based on my experience and other reviews on Yelp.
