  • DO NOT CALL- BUSINESS PRACTICES UNETHICAL- I was quoted $89 for my carpets on the phone. Tech arrived 45 minutes after window time given. When he got there I confirmed the price was only going to be $89 as they quoted me, he said he wasn't sure needed to make sure their equipment would work on my carpets?? Of course he said my carpets needed an extra chemical and in the end he said it would cost $375 for my whole house! I turned them down and told them I went with them because that was the cheapest quote and would just call zerorez since they were going to be cheaper. He did the same thing called his "boss" and did a negotiation...I paid $225 because that's what zerorez quoted me. The tech did a good job but it unfortunate the company practices these tactics. Will not use again because of this.
