  • I've been going to this salon for about a year. I've always had a decent experience. First, haircutters here have a very quick turnover rate, so I always get a new person every time I come here. I waited for an hour, before we decided to leave. The haircutters are obviously doing the ones with appointments so that's understandable. I kept looking at their check-in log to see how far down the list we are. They highlight the names as they service them. I saw that 2 haircutters got freed from doing the appointments so my assumption is that they're gonna do walk-ins next. In this case, we are the next walk in. But these 2 haircutters avoided eye contact, pretended to be cleaning the stations, waking back and forth to the log and the cash register.. everything to avoid servicing my 2 year old toddler. As I was watching them do this in the last 10-15 minutes, 2 other families walked in. One with an appointment with someone who's currently on lunch so she's willing to wait. The other checked in and got seen 10 minutes after his arrival time. At this point I got confused because we've been waiting for 50 minutes at this point and the 6 year old kid that literally just walked in got called. What in the heck. I left furious but didn't confront anybody. They were seriously dodging to service my toddler because I get it, they tend to move a lot and can be hard. But I make sure I leave a good amount of tip because of that fact. And for them to be so unprofessional and pathetic is beyond me that they are into a "family and kid friendly business". Going to Cookie Cutter from now on.
