Would I ever ride Virgin Airways again? Heck no. Employees are just incapable of running a pleasant flight. First experience on my check - non friendly customer service. It just seems un professional. Inside cabin I sat behind the emergency door and watched and hear what the flight attendance stated in front of us passengers. That she hates removing and locking those doors and removing that key.....what!!!! She blurted out that she is not even sure if she is doing it correctly!!!!! And should we even trust them. Then when I ordered food thru get, in which I wasn't aware that you have to order online. She tactfully replied as if I suppose to know - what - did you order!!????
And finally I booked my return flight online thru Virgin America - I booked seats together with my husband - i know I did thru them because they use characters but they keep doing blame game to Alaska. Anyway when I printed my tickets they split my husband and I and insisted that they couldn't do anything because it was fully booked flight. Ok so they rearrange seats? Other airline are always happy to accommodate passengers why can't you just do it. My gosh every worker just seems so incapable. It's so irritating!!!! I'm so annoyed - would I ever ride Virgin America again ......,.Heck no, not ever.
