  • Looked on line at an advertisement for a 1 bedroom for $700. Hit save so we could come down and lock in the price for a year. Got there, staff was rude, 1st said she was too busy because people were moving in, the said yea, about that, it is a 3rd party and really the apt starts at $859 or something. Then asked if we can wait, then asked if we could come back to talk to the manager in about 3 hours. So then the manager came out, said the same thing and said other people said that too. Sorry but that's not the price. At least I found out now that the rental company is like that. Can't imagine what I would have to have gone through for anything if I lived there. BEWARE!!
