  • The owner of this place knows what he's doing. I was mesmerized watchinghim craft ice in to perfect globes of snow. Clearly, he's had tons of practice, and cares that you receive an authentic shave ice. I ordered Hawaiian Punch, Pina Colada, and Dragons Blood with ice cream in the bottom and mochi. The melting ice mixed with the ice cream perfectly. Who knew? The mochi were buried deep within the snow, so they didn't fall out when the ice melted. Genius! My hubby ordered root beer with ice cream, and had his version of a root beer float. Overall everything was perfect. What an amazing find.
