  • Stopped in today in search of the perfect baby carrier for my eleven month old son and I. First, I have two older children who were offered juice or water. Being as though it is a billion degrees outside it was really sweet of them to hydrate my kids. :) They were then happy to sit and play in the little play area that was setup in the store. Second, they had a large variety of baby carriers to choose from. I chose to look at Zoolikins because of the trusted brands and carrier types that they carry as they can not be found in the typical big baby stores. The employee their was so incredibly helpful. At one point the owner stopped by with a limited print lillebaby carrier that actually matched my diaper bag (from pink lining). I was sold. They both went above and beyond to help me find just what I was looking for (and without any hint of pushiness). In the end, I left with two carriers that I love and a crazy excellent customer service experience. I cannot wait to visit the store again. One final note, after I left the store I was sure that the items I had just purchased could be found online for less. I was wrong. Same price or less. I highly recommend this store!
