  • Service here has gone down hill in a big way. They have started nickel and diming customers for items that were previously free. Came in for dinner with my daughter, and the waitress got upset that I was sharing her drink - very strange. Seems she wanted to charge me for that too, but generously opted not to. Good quality is still fine, but customer service is lacking. Too many other great barbecue restaurants in Charlotte than to come back to this place.
