  • I am assuming these guys are out of business at this point. This is the only way that I can explain why they have failed to respond to my numerous (and very kind and patient) requests to fix mistakes in their paint job, bubbles on paint surfaces, etc. It is actually very appalling that anyone can run a business in this fashion. Almost 6 months ago, I started asking them to fix warranty items. At first, they started giving me excuses about scheduling issues, then I would not hear back from them for weeks at a time until I had to repeated get in contact with them. Then, after a bit, just radio silence. This has been the pattern for 6 months. Now, no answer at any number that I call and no decency to return a call. The warranty is clearly useless and worthless. Very disappointed that I trusted these guys to live up to what they promised. Definitely ruins it for those other trustworthy contractors out there.
