  • DO NOT SHOP AT TICKNORS!!! They butchered a brand-new, $1300 Zegna suit and refused to refund the $25 rush fee I paid to have it for a wedding I needed it for. I didn't even ask for a refund of the $100 tailoring fee, just the rush fee. I took it to Saks, where I bought it, and they pointed out just how poorly it was tailored. They didn't apologize, argued with me for 5 minutes and said the negative publicity was worth the $25. So here it is. Buyer beware.
