  • I came here because of the amazing reviews, however I was completely disappointed by their customer service. The first the I came in for a gel mani, which looked amazing but it started lifting after a week. Every nail began lifting. I decided to inform the owner when I came in for my pedi. She told me she could fix it for half off which caught me off guard. I've been getting nails for years and have never had lifting on every nail after a week. Ultimately she had a change of heart and decided have my nails fix right there. Dumg began to fix my nails and clearly was upset. She aggressively drilled the nail polish off my nails. When I asked her if she could drill softer she snapped at me and walked away from me saying she no longer wanted to fix my nails. She was completely unprofessional. Such a bad look on the salon. As a customer, I was shocked. Another tech began doing my nails afterwards. What I find most troubling was that the owner had seen this go down but did not approach the situation until I had asked to speak to her.
